"Not to overreact, but Al Afandi has been my favorite meal and experience in Barcelona so far. I was craving some home cooked Middle Eastern food, not the fake doner kebab places, but the food my mom would make. From start to finish this place was amazing! Awesome service from Mustafa, like you were sitting in his living room, as a formal guest. Explained the menu to us, was patient, and always came to the table with a smile and a laugh. Food came out quick and fresh. Tasted amazing, looked amazing, great portion.. like come on!!! After dinner, we decided to go upstairs for the shisha lounge to end the night. Shisha tasted good and lasted long. Had tea and Kunafe to accompany the hookah and they both tasted awesome! Best dining experience of my trip thus far! This is also the best authentic Labanese/Middle eastern food I’ve had in Barcelona! I’d rec to anyone, it’s a must try!! P.S. I genuinely ate every grain of rice, every piece of meat, ever fry, etc on my plate. Helped them with the dishes for sure🤣 I can’t stop thinking about this place!"
"Such good food. The meat is so tender, I came twice in 1 week! My friends had told me this is the best Lebanese place in Barcelona & they were 100% right!! Portion was huge, so had the rest to go for on the beach :) The service is also very good here. Kind & helpful men, you can see they do their best to give you a good experience. Tons of veg & vegan options also."
